Service Description
Access Bars® Gifting & Receiving Swap A relaxed 2-hour gathering for former Access Bars® students to practice, connect, gift, and receive. You’ll be paired with another practitioner and take turns gifting and receiving a full Access Bars® session. We’ll pause briefly between sessions for snacks, refreshments, and a little time to connect before switching. This is a casual, supportive space to keep your Bars skills fresh, receive a session yourself, and spend time with other practitioners. Prerequisite: You must have previously completed an Access Bars® class to participate.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no-show. Any deposit paid will be nonrefundable and nontransferable and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will also be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. I understand that unexpected situations can happen. Please contact Glow By Alicia as soon as possible if an emergency occurs. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
