Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no-show. Any deposit paid will be nonrefundable and nontransferable and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will also be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. I understand that unexpected situations can happen.
